How to refresh Xcode Playground

Here is a simple Hot Key to refresh (re-run) Xcode Playground

To refresh Xcode Playground tap Cmd-Shift-Return or Command-Shift-Enter

You can also tap on a play button on the left side of the editor to refresh (rebuild) playground.
